At DRC Energy, we're committed to making sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Our policy differs between drink and merchandise to ensure safety and fairness.

Energy Drinks ( Consumable Goods)

- All sales are final.

-For Health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offers on consumable products once they have left our facility.

-If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dirtroadcowboys1@gmail.com with photos, and we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Merchandise ( Hats, Shirts, Gear, etc.)

-Merchandise items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item was defective or incorrect.

-Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection.
