- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

- We ship using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on location and order size.

- At times, we may offer flat-rate shipping or free shipping promotions—see checkout page for details.

Delivery Times

- Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume.

- We are not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Tracking

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue.

- If your package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier

directly.

- While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we’ll do our best to help resolve the

situation.
